Inderøy Wins This Year’s Regional Stand Award for the Second Year in Running

Hooray! We also won this year's prize for the best stand among the regions in 2025, for the second year in a row! That's Inderøy for you – we're the best together! What a team, what a collaboration, and what an incredibly fantastic stand we managed to create.

INDERØY WINS 2025 BEST STAND AMONG THE REGIONS:

The Jury's Reasoning:

– We had an extremely difficult job evaluating the different regions against each other, as most tents have completely different expressions, yet they all so strongly convey the story and diversity of their region.

– We evaluated based on profiling, service, hygiene, and overall impression, and after some difficult hours of deliberation, three regions stood out the most to us this year: Frosta, Inderøy, and Orkland.

– The winner was the one that was just a notch better than the rest overall. This region understood that even though the design is consistent throughout the entire tent, each exhibitor still comes forward with their own name and expression.

– This region was clean both hygienically and in its design. It is a clean and aesthetic design that still allows each individual brand to shine.

– The exhibitors were fantastic hosts and provided a very high level of service. Everyone in the region looked like they loved being there to represent both themselves and their region, and rightfully so.

– The winner of the Stand of the Year for a Region is: Inderøy.

The three nominees for Stand of the Year among the regions were:

The jury consisted of:
Rolv Magne Dahl (Trøndelag County Municipality), Atle Silfvenius (Fagtrykk), Maria Børset (SpareBank 1 SMN), and Belinda Reitan (Norsk Kylling) evaluated profiling, service, hygiene, and overall impression.

THE BACKSTORY:

It all started when 11 operators from Inderøy decided to stand together in a joint booth at the food festival; the purpose was to promote the brand INDERØY. The Inderøy businesses Studio Strek and Talkto were given the job of handling the visual and graphic expression. When they were assigned the job, the goal was clear: "We are going to win Stand of the Year!".

After countless hours together building the elements for Inderøy's new stand using locally produced timber from Norsk Limtre, we are proud to be in place at the Trøndersk Matfestival 2024. The operators from Inderøy are showcasing the very best that Inderøy has to offer. According to Anne Kjersti Bakstad, chair of The Golden Road, you will find "products that are Norwegian Champions and World Champions in a class of their own" in the Inderøy tent.
