Hard Seltzer and Summer Pilsner Are New Products at Berg Gård in Inderøy

PILS BREWED AT BERG GÅRD

German Moritz Birnbaum has been put in charge of the beer production at Inderøy Brygghus (Berg Gård and Inderøy Brenneri). So far, approximately six thousand liters of beer have been brewed. A light and refreshing summer pils can be purchased in the farm shop or enjoyed in the summer café.

Berg Gård is now launching its own homemade summer pils and raspberry-flavored hard seltzer. The new Inderøy products are sold in the farm shop.

HARD SELTZER PRODUCED BY BERG GÅRD IN INDERØY

This is historic - For the very first time, hard seltzer is being produced in Inderøy. Berg Gård's first hard seltzer has a raspberry flavor. It is made from residual raw materials from Inderøy Mosteri. No artificial flavor additives; this is what you call the "real deal," meaning completely without artificial additives. Sold in the farm shop and in the summer café at Berg Gård.

The farm shop is open all summer, and you can now buy bottles of pils and hard seltzer to take home or enjoy a glass on the farm.

SUMMER CAFÉ

Summer café with simple service (waffles, daily baked goods, ice cream, cold and warm drinks, all rights). During weeks 28-30, we will have a soup plate and open-faced sandwiches with the farm's own meat spreads. Welcome to the farm courtyard, say hello to the animals, and stop by their well-stocked country store. Open for the summer from June 16th to August 16th.
