PIER AREA WITH MANY AMENITIES

Whether you arrive by boat, two wheels, or four, the journey along the west side of Inderøy is beautiful in itself. A stop at Kjerknesvågen is highly recommended on a sunny day!
During the summer season, the following amenities are available to visitors: kiosk, pier, slipway, seating areas, barbecue area, fuel sales, guest dock, sanitation facilities, event venues, and a bathing area. Enjoy the fresh sea air and the maritime atmosphere at the pier. There are also a few spots for motorhomes and caravans, a 24-hour sanitation facility, and electrical outlets. Note: There is no reception; check the kiosk’s opening hours. Payment can be made at the guest harbor.

A local grocery store is just 100 meters from the pier area.

Along the shoreline, you’ll find beaches, swimming areas, and smooth rocks—or you can stay on the water in your boat and enjoy the day or go fishing. The surrounding area also offers several great hiking trails for you to explore.

POPULAR BOAT GATHERING

On the first weekend of July, the **Boat Gathering** in Kjerknesvågen is held. Boat enthusiasts from Inderøy and all over Trøndelag come to experience coastal culture, dance, a great atmosphere, seafood in various forms, and to meet fellow boat lovers. On Boat Gathering Saturday, we host a party featuring well-known artists!
Kjerknesvågen has repeatedly been voted Norway’s second-best guest harbor. We welcome both sea wolves and landlubbers!
