UNIQUE AND TRADITIONAL PRODUCTION

Located in the heart of Straumen, Inderøy Slaughterhouse has both its production facilities and store. Here, they primarily produce Inderøysodd, which should not be confused with Innherredsodd.
Inderøysodd has been made the same way, following the same recipe, since 1938, and for over 80 years, locals and other sodd enthusiasts have enjoyed this Trøndelag festive dish.

A WIDE RANGE OF MEAT PRODUCTS

In addition to sodd, Inderøy Slaughterhouse also produces several types of sausages and cured sausages, such as coarse sausages, Straumpølsa, Stabbursmorr, and Elk Salami, as well as, of course, the unique and flavorful meatballs used in the sodd. Many of the products from the slaughterhouse have won awards or received recognition at the Norwegian Championship in meat products.

BRINGING SODD TO THE PEOPLE

The sodd and meatballs from Inderøy Slaughterhouse are available in stores throughout most of the country, while the rest of the products are sold locally in Central Norway. The slaughterhouse also has a small shop in the center of Straumen.
