Hustad old church
Almost hidden by majestic trees, you will find Hustad Church, built in the 1100s. The church has remained nearly unchanged since 1884. When visiting, be sure to explore the distinctive “church plank” fence around the churchyard.
GUIDED TOURS AVAILABLE YEAR-ROUND BY APPOINTMENT
It is the Fortidsminneforeningen that owns the churches. During the summer season, both churches are also open to visitors on Sundays. Tours can be booked year-round.

The Fortidsminneforeningen in Inderøy is responsible for preserving the two medieval churches, Sakshaug Old Church and Hustad Church.
