Ever since its conception in 2007, the development of Inderøy Gårdsbryggeri has been formidable. It started with three types of beer and today over 20 different types of beer are brewed here, including many of the best known beer types.
MICRO BREWERY WITH A FOCUS ON GOOD CRAFTMANSHIP
The success story of Inderøy Gårdsbryggeri started at the farm Kvam Østre at Utøy in Inderøy. The brewery spanned 16 m2 and the beer was brewed in milk tanks and much of the focus was that good beer should be a result of good craftsmanship.
Although the brewery production has expanded, the brewing still takes place alongside the farm operations. And the craftsmanship is still at the forefront.
In addition to beer, they also produce mead made with local honey, apple cider and apple juice. Amongst the beers brewed are Kölch, Bitter, IPA, Brown Ale, Porter, Saison and Tripel. Around 7 are strong beers. For weddings or other events, you can get your own label designed for one of the beer types.
INDERØY BEER AVAILABLE IN SHOPS
The beer from Inderøy is available in shops in large parts of the country, i.e Oslo, Bergen, Ålesund, Trondheim and Brønnøysund. All the beer produced on the farm can be bought in the farm shop, which is open during the summer season on Saturdays between 13-16.
Beer is a popular gift to receive and Inderøy Gårdsbryggeri offer gift boxes that you can fill with your selection of beer. To complement the beer, you could buy a gift box from one of the exciting farm shops along the Golden Road.
BREWERY PUB IN THE LOFT
There are wonderful premises above the brewery suitable for beer tastings, which is available for groups on demand. Periodically, Inderøy Gårdsbryggeri will arrange courses in beer brewery as well.
